Glenn L. Carpenter, President, Chief Executive
Officer and founder
Overseeing
the operation and development of FountainGlen Properties.
Glenn brings substantial experience to the unassisted senior
apartment living sector and has worked in the real estate
industry since 1967. He has received various industry awards
and serves on a variety of boards including Chapman University's
Board of Governors and Real Estate Committee and the Board
of Councilors for the Percy Andrus Gerontology Center at
University of Southern California and Board of Governors
of California State University at Long Beach.

Angela M. Wixted, Chief Financial Officer
As
a certified public accountant with more that 16 years of
experience in the real estate industry, Angela provides
invaluable development, finance and operational competence
to FountainGlen Properties. Her experience includes working
with multi-tiered, full-service development real estate
operations.

John K. Alstrom, Vice President of Acquisitions
John
is responsible for acquiring FountainGlen's growing portfolio
of rental communities. This includes; identifying land parcels
for development as well as qualifying existing properties
that fit within the company's stringent purchase criteria.
In his 25 years of experience in real estate acquisition,
development and management, he has been directly involved
with more that 10 million square feet of commercial project
throughout California.

Kristi L. Keene, Vice President/Controller
Kristi
applies her 20 years accounting with an emphasis on real
estate and financial reporting to oversee the daily accounting
functions of FountainGlen's apartment and development operations.
She has been instrumental in creating and monitoring the
company's accounting process and coordinated internal and
external financial reporting.
