Submittal Inclusions
- A description of the improvements/property
- Area and locator maps
- Photographs of the property and/or an aerial of the
site
- A site plan / parcel map
- A current rent roll
- At least one year of actual operating data, including
YTD financials
- Loan information
- Market comparable rents and sales
- Zoning information

As there are often multiple
submittals, FountainGlen Properties, LP will typically
work with only brokers or agents that have control and
complete knowledge of the deal, either through a listing
or a strong relationship with the seller or seller's agent.
FountainGlen Properties, LP will protect the broker who
is the "procuring cause", i.e., the broker that
elicits the letter of intent.
